Wendy Harness is a senior HR and organizational effectiveness leader with 20+ years of experience across HR, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, organizational change and operations. She has worked with executives, senior leaders, boards and organizations across a range of industries, helping build stronger HR foundations, improve how work gets done, support leaders and align people practices with business priorities. INspire360 Consulting was created to give growing businesses access to experienced senior support without requiring another full-time leadership role or a large consulting firm.
